Plug won’t connect to WiFi
Your router is probably on 5GHz only. Log into your router settings and enable the 2.4GHz band — smart plugs can’t see 5GHz networks.
App can’t find the device
Make sure Bluetooth AND Location permissions are ON for SmartLife. Android requires location for WiFi pairing.
Sensor triggers but lights stay on
Check your scene’s time condition. If it’s set to “after 9 PM” and it’s 8 PM, nothing happens — that’s the scene working correctly.
Sensor fell off the door
Clean with rubbing alcohol, wait 60 seconds, press firmly for 10 seconds. Adhesive fails on dusty or greasy surfaces.
Night light stays on during the day
Slide the switch on the side to “AUTO” — it will only activate in darkness + motion.
